Are you eating for the wrong sex

Something to think about for 2018.

Is what you are eating making you more or less a man or woman?

(Shut up you "how dare you assume my identity people" )

I went to see a personal trainer who is also a competitor in body building. We talked about food more than weights as he pointed out a lot of diets really suit women over men and visa versa.

If you are struggling with your diet and getting the benefits you want maybe this is something you should look at.

So far I have lost 6kgs in last 6 or so weeks.
